• Analytics, reporting, and campaign optimization services
• Content distribution and native advertising solutions

The specific terms of any service engagement will be set out in a separate service agreement or insertion order between Kitmen Limited and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of Kitmen Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal and commercial evaluation purposes only. You may not:

5. Advertising and Publisher Terms

5.1 Advertisers

Advertisers using Kitmen Limited's platform agree to: submit only lawful, accurate advertising materials; comply with all applicable advertising standards and regulations; not engage in click fraud or any deceptive traffic practices; and honor all financial commitments as specified in their insertion order or service agreement.

5.2 Publishers

Publishers partnering with Kitmen Limited agree to: provide genuine, organic traffic to ad placements; not engage in any form of invalid traffic, bot traffic, or click fraud; comply with all platform policies and brand safety standards; and maintain accurate and complete account information.

Kitmen Limited reserves the right to withhold or reverse payments in cases where fraudulent or invalid traffic is detected, pending investigation.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for advertising and publisher services will be specified in the applicable service agreement. In general:

• Advertiser payments are due as specified in the insertion order, typically Net-30 from invoice date
• Publisher payments are processed on the agreed schedule, subject to minimum payment thresholds
• All payments are subject to fraud verification and quality assurance review
• Disputed payments must be raised in writing within 30 days of the relevant invoice or payment date

7. Confidentiality

Both parties acknowledge that in the course of their relationship, they may receive confidential information of the other party. Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information, use it only for the purposes of the engagement, and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Kitmen Limited does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kitmen Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) HKD 1,000.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kitmen Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of our services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights; or any content you submit, post, or transmit through our platform.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Changes to Terms

Kitmen Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Termination

Kitmen Limited reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

14. Severability
